An order is not final until it is reviewed and approved by Credit Phone. Installment orders may require identity documents, bank statements, cheques, contract signing, and other verification. Submitted documents must be valid and belong to the applicant.

Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Returns, exchanges, warranties, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the product condition, applicable policy, and Qatari law.
